About the product : Semi-hard ripened cheese matures for 2-3 months and is smoked in natural smoke. Part of the Kukenberger farm is also a forest, from which carefully selected beech and hornbeam firewood comes, with the help of which cheese is smoked in the smoking room or as the locals call it raufkamri. The cheese is suitable for all types of use.

The loaves of cheese are hand-cut, resulting in slight variations in weight in individual packages. A piece of cheese weighs about 250 g. Store at temperatures up to 8 ° C.
